01Entity

Counterparty detail, not an about page.

Who you would be contracting with.

One entity, one jurisdiction, and a short list of what this page does not tell you yet.

Legal name
ForgeBroker LLC
Registered office
Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
What it does
Licenses and operates brokerage infrastructure software. It is a software vendor.

The same legal name and address are in this site’s machine-readable organisation data, and nothing is in there that is not on this page. Building, floor and registration numbers are deliberately absent from both — see below.

02What we are

What ForgeBroker is not.

This matters more than what we are, because the two get confused constantly and the confusion changes who carries which obligation.

  • Not a broker. We do not accept orders, quote prices to retail clients or act as a counterparty to a trade. Your clients are your clients and your regulatory obligations are yours.
  • Not a custodian.Client money is never in our systems and the keys to it are never in our hands — they are held by you and handed over during setup. The full model, including what it costs you, is on the security page.
  • Not a liquidity provider. We integrate the feeds and venues you choose and we operate the deployment. We are not on the other side of your flow and we do not take a share of it.
  • Not a licence.Buying software does not make you authorised to do anything. Where a jurisdiction is part of your plan, that is your application and your counsel; we can tell you what the platform needs to support, not whether you may operate.

That list is the same in a contract as it is on this page. If a salesperson ever tells you otherwise, the contract wins and this paragraph is your evidence that we knew it.

03Not on this page

Named, not omitted.

What this page does not tell you.

4things a buyer doing diligence would reasonably look for and not find here. They are listed because a page that leaves them out silently is answering the question badly rather than not answering it.

Who runs it
No founder, director or team names appear here. If you are deciding whether to put your client records into a proprietary platform, knowing who stands behind it is a fair thing to want, and today this page does not tell you. Ask, and you will be told rather than shown a page.
How many of us there are
Headcount is a proxy for whether a vendor survives your contract term, which is why buyers ask. We are not publishing a number we would then have to keep current, and we are not publishing a vague one instead.
Commercial registration details
The trade licence number and the registry it sits in are not on this page and are not in the structured data. They belong in a contract and in due diligence, where they can be verified, rather than in a page footer where they look like decoration.
Track record
No client list, no case studies, no years-in-business figure. There is a reason and it is the same one that keeps unmeasured latency off this site: those claims are worth nothing unless they are checkable, and making them checkable needs client permission we have not asked for.
04Contact

Reaching a person.

Write to info@forgebroker.com. It is read by a person, not a ticketing queue, and a question about the entity — who we contract as, what we are not, what is missing from this page — is answered as a question rather than routed to a salesperson. There is no contact form, deliberately: a form tells you nothing about who is on the other end, and an address you can write to from your own mail client is checkable in a way a form is not.

The demo request is the other route and it reaches the same inbox. Use it if what you want is the product; use the address if what you want is an answer.
